Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place orders. Account & Use:

 

Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Do not use the platform for illegal/fraudulent purposes.

Do not harass delivery partners or restaurant staff.

Do not place false orders or misuse promotional offers.

Orders & Payments:

 

All orders are subject to availability and restaurant acceptance.

Prices may vary due to menu changes, taxes, delivery, and restaurant packaging charges.

We accept digital payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, and wallets (processed securely by our payment partners).

Cancellations:

 

Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement or before the restaurant accepts/starts preparation, whichever is earlier.

Once preparation begins or a rider is assigned, cancellation is not possible.

Delivery Terms:

 

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.

Provide accurate delivery address and remain reachable at delivery time.

If unavailable, the rider may leave the order at a safe location (if applicable) or attempt re-delivery; additional fees may apply.

Refunds & Disputes:

 

Refunds may be issued for undelivered, incorrect, or poor-quality orders upon verification.

Please report complaints within 2 hours of delivery (or expected delivery time).

Limitation of Liability:

 

SAP SAP acts as a facilitator between users and restaurants. food preparation and quality are the restaurant's responsibility.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
